En el Grupo JJuan estamos seleccionando un/a Customer Service Specialist (B2B) para la planta ubicada en Gavà.
La misión consiste en asegurar el apoyo a los equipos de ventas, garantizando un control adecuado de back-office y front-office sobre las actividades de seguimiento e información relativas a la planificación y el progreso de los proyectos, supervisando los plazos y asegurando un contacto con el cliente.
Entre tus responsabilidades estarán:
- Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente en relación con la entrega del producto a tiempo, en cantidad y en calidad.
- Servir de enlace entre el cliente y la logística de la planta; llevar la voz del cliente dentro de la planta.
- Gestionar y apoyar la logística del cliente así como los pedidos de los clientes y la gestión de las entregas (uso plataforma EDI-ASN, portales de clientes, herramientas como SAP, Excel).
- Actuar como intermediario entre la logística de planta y la logística de cliente.
- Controla y actualiza las listas de precios para los clientes junto con el KAM.
- Asegura el envío de la documentación necesaria para la preparación de ofertas y prepara los documentos de exportación.
Para este puesto buscamos personas con las siguientes habilidades y con experiencia en:
- Gestión y asesoramiento de clientes internacionales (B2B): Europa, Asia y América.
- Experiencia en empresas de sector automoción, o empresas industriales con plantas productivas.
- Experiencia en la gestión integral del pedido desde la recepción del mismo hasta el envío del pedido, así como el asesoramiento y resolución de las posibles incidencias, retraso en pedidos, cambio de los pedidos.
- Gestión documentación de exportación, y experiencia en logística (envío de contenedores y camiones).
- Inglés C1 hablado y escrito, valorable otros idiomas.
- Excel avanzado, tablas dinámicas y macros.
Esta posición es estable y combina el trabajo en oficinas (Planta) con trabajo en remoto. La empresa ofrece flexibilidad horaria y viernes intensivos.

To support H&S Manager to ensure deployment and management of H&S activities within the plant, applying Brembo H&S methods and tools. Being part of an in-house prevention service with the specialties of occupational safety and industrial hygiene.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to deployment and application of Brembo H&S Management System, H&S Standards and H&S group projects.
- Fulfilling the accident management process and supporting the risk management process and compliance/auditing activities; attending plant visits and audits.
- Supporting the implementation of methods and tools in the plant to ensure continuous improvement activities in safety; leading safety point project meetings, follow up on actions and improvements.
- Collecting data and information to contribute to reporting activities.
For this position we are looking for people with the following skills and experience in:
- Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Risk Prevention and Security or related field.
- 3 years experience in a similar position within an international company.
- Spoken and written English is a must.

From JJUAN we are looking for a profile of Launch Manager for our plant located in Gavà, who ensure smooth execution of projects in the plant for: new products, new equipment, modification of production equipment and production cycles, redeployment, product modifications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develops a detailed plan for all project phases related to the plant.
- Ensures that procurement, testing, plant installation and cycle testing phases are completed in collaboration with Plant Industrialization and Quality through to product and process validation, with particular attention to the coordination of production request approval series related activities.
- Leads problem solving activities related to project planning responsibility.
- Supports Production in defining training plans for use of new equipment and related documentation.
- Analyzes industrial KPIs (performance and economic indicators) of new project start-up, promoting activities to achieve targets.
- Supervises the execution of efficiency plans in new Projects, coordinating Technologies, Plant Industrialization and Plant Production System.
- Provides information to Plant Logistics in terms of material, line scheduling and manpower requirements for PPAP, SOP, and ramp (start of production) and ramp-up of new projects.
- Supervises with Plant Logistics the implementation of internal logistics flows and packaging solutions.
- Ensures alignment and information flow between all stakeholders (other plant areas, platforms, HQ operations and logistics, customers).
- Ensures the success of customer audits targeting R@R activities by taking care of plant preparation (material sourcing, line availability, adjustment of production slots…) in collaboration with Plant Quality.
- For projects involving the Industrial Footprint, he is the liaison between the project team and the Platforms.
- Supports the Plant and Technology Director/Manager in defining the impact of new project launches (manpower requirements, line availability,…) during the budgeting and business plan process.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2 years experience in a similar position within an international company.
