J.JUAN<\/strong>, a\u00a0global leader in the manufacturing and development of braided brake lines and control cables, is returning to its roots with the launch of a new range of high-performance hydraulic brake hose for bicycles. Six decades after its founding as a manufacturer of brake cables for bicycles and motorcycles, the Barcelona-based company is going back to where it all began\u2014now backed by the technology and expertise of a global benchmark in high-precision hydraulics.<\/p>

The official return was marked by the presentation of the Specialized Gravity team at the Mugello circuit in Italy, where the new range of bicycle brakes developed by\u00a0Brembo<\/strong>\u00a0was unveiled. In this context,\u00a0J.JUAN<\/strong>\u00a0introduced\u00a0its innovative hydraulic hose solution developed for the Specialized Gravity bicycle.<\/p>

J.JUAN<\/strong> was founded in 1965 as a manufacturer of brake cables for bicycles and motorcycles. With the rise of disc brakes in the 1990s, the company took a decisive step forward by specializing in braided hydraulic hose manufacturing\u2014a segment in which it is now a global leader. In 2024, over 1.4 million motorcycles\u2014primarily high-end models\u2014left the factory equipped with J.JUAN<\/strong> hydraulic systems, and its two plants in Barcelona produced more than seven million meters of hydraulic hose in just one year.<\/p>

With this new launch,\u00a0J.JUAN\u00a0<\/strong>opens a new market line, in collaboration with\u00a0Brembo.<\/strong> The new solution for Specialized Gravity upholds the brand\u2019s signature standards of quality and performance, with top-tier technical specifications: 5 mm diameter, stainless steel braid, resistance up to 700 bar of pressure, and the \u201cUltra Low Expansion<\/em>\u201d system that ensures consistent brake feel\u2014even after hundreds of kilometers of intense use.<\/p>

Thanks to these features, the company is internationally recognized for preventing brake fading under high-demand conditions, delivering maximum reliability in any environment.<\/p>
