llevar la voz del cliente dentro de la planta.<\/li><li>Gestionar y apoyar la log\u00edstica del cliente as\u00ed como los pedidos de los clientes y la gesti\u00f3n de las entregas (uso plataforma EDI-ASN, portales de clientes, herramientas como SAP, Excel).<\/li><li>Actuar como intermediario entre la log\u00edstica de planta y la log\u00edstica de cliente.<\/li><li>Controla y actualiza las listas de precios para los clientes junto con el KAM.<\/li><li>Asegura el env\u00edo de la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria para la preparaci\u00f3n de ofertas y prepara los documentos de exportaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><p>Para este puesto buscamos personas con las siguientes habilidades y con experiencia en:<\/p><ul><li>Gesti\u00f3n y asesoramiento de clientes internacionales (B2B): Europa, Asia y Am\u00e9rica.<\/li><li>Experiencia en empresas de sector automoci\u00f3n, o empresas industriales con plantas productivas.<\/li><li>Experiencia en la gesti\u00f3n integral del pedido desde la recepci\u00f3n del mismo hasta el env\u00edo del pedido, as\u00ed como el asesoramiento y resoluci\u00f3n de las posibles incidencias, retraso en pedidos, cambio de los pedidos.<\/li><li>Gesti\u00f3n documentaci\u00f3n de exportaci\u00f3n, y experiencia en log\u00edstica (env\u00edo de contenedores y camiones).<\/li><li>Ingl\u00e9s C1 hablado y escrito, valorable otros idiomas.<\/li><li>Excel avanzado, tablas din\u00e1micas y macros.<\/li><\/ul><p>Esta posici\u00f3n es estable y combina el trabajo en oficinas (Planta) con trabajo en remoto. production cycles, redeployment, product modifications.<\/span><\/p><p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/p><ul><li>Develops a detailed plan for all project phases related to the plant.<\/li><li>Ensures that procurement, testing, plant installation and cycle testing phases are completed in collaboration with Plant Industrialization and Quality through to product and process validation, with particular attention to the coordination of production request approval series related activities.<\/li><li>Leads problem solving activities related to project planning responsibility.<\/li><li>Supports Production in defining training plans for use of new equipment and related documentation.<\/li><li>Analyzes industrial KPIs (performance and economic indicators) of
