Information Security Policy
J.JUAN, as part of the Brembo Group, has established an Information Security Policy and commits to the following principles:
1. Information Security as a strategic objective
Protecting information, both in professional and private life, is a key mission of our time. Common standards are essential to protect Brembo’s information, J.JUAN’s own information, and data shared with stakeholders.
The protection and secure use of information assets are a priority to ensure supply chain reliability and business continuity, focusing on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
2. Protection and proper use of information assets and secure information exchange
Information assets are adequately protected for internal use and when shared with third parties, preventing breaches of confidentiality, loss of integrity, or interruptions in availability.
3. Risk assessment
Company information—especially know-how, prototypes, new products, production processes, and commercial and strategic information—is protected according to its level of risk.
4. Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Policies derived from this policy are integrated into the ISMS as internal regulations governing the use of company tools and information. Compliance is mandatory and aligned with applicable legal requirements.
Guidelines are defined for review and updates, and compliance is periodically monitored.
5. Continuous improvement and training
JJUAN’s management supports continuous improvement of the security level. Employees are encouraged to report potential improvements or weaknesses to the Information Security responsible. Training all employees on information security requirements and responsibilities is a priority.
6. Compliance with the Policy
All employees must be aware of and comply with this policy and the associated procedures. Violations may result in disciplinary actions in accordance with internal rules.
Business partners with whom company information is shared are informed of Information Security requirements, and appropriate contractual arrangements are established. Legal action will be taken in case of non-compliance.
