Coinciding with our 60th anniversary J.JUAN announcing the opening of a new 5,000 m² production plant in Gavà (Barcelona). This new facility, located just a few meters from its current headquarters and 12,000 m² production plant, is part of a global growth and consolidation strategy.
J.JUAN is responding to the changing demands of the market and aims to reinforce long-term sustainability, with the goal of consolidating operations, optimizing production capacities, and strengthening competitiveness by relocating production activities from the Sant Cugat del Vallès plant to the new facility in Gavà. The proximity between the two plants will enable the company to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency globally, while always prioritizing quality, innovation, and sustainability.
The new plant, which will integrate production and office spaces, is scheduled to be fully operational before the end of 2025.
With over 650 employees, in addition to its facilities in Gavà, J.JUAN has a production plant in Jiaxing (China) and offices in the United States, Japan, and India, consolidating itself as a key supplier in the global automotive industry.
