TECHNOLOGY AT THE SERVICE OF THE VEHICLE

All the systems and components developed and manufactured by J.Juan are carefully studied to obtain the maximum performance with the highest level of quality and reliability. To do this, analyzes are performed repeatedly with:

• Calculation by finite elements of metallic and non-metallic pieces
• Analysis of tolerance variation in manufacturing and its influence on the operation of the products
• Analysis and development of materials
• Thermal simulations

Regarding each vehicle, J.Juan performs braking studies using advanced calculation systems with which the most appropriate configurations are defined and simulating the benefits they will have. In this way it is achieved that the motorcycles always have the best braking performance in terms of stopping distance, feeling or brake power balance.
