As a measure to improve the safety of motorcyclists, in the sections with the highest concentration of victims, the guardrails will be replaced by other protection systems.
On last March 30, Congress passed with 311 votes in favor of the present members a motion calling for measures to improve the safety of motorcycle users. Identification of the most dangerous sections is requested, where the guardrails will be replaced by safer protection systems, as well as informing the motorcyclists about their location to emphasize their precaution.
On the other hand, other measures are also requested such as improving the quality of Spanish roads, reducing potholes or pebbles and improving adherence. In addition, the approved motion is also focused to develop and promote riders training programs.
