Wuling Motors, a Chinese company that manufactures cars and commercial vehicles, is entering the motorbike sector with its Serpol 501. A ruthless homage to the Honda CMX 500 Rebel.

According to the prestigious Greek magazin Bikeit, “in December 2022, Wuling filed for a motorbike production permit, and in late February 2023, they started showing off the motorbike that they finally introduced at the Beijing fair on May 24th and goes by the name Serpol 501.

It will very much remind you of the Honda CMX 500 Rebel, where there is also a 4-piston radial front caliper by J.Juan that is connected to ABS via a sensor ring.

With its 494cc and some 54 units of horsepower, there are already 48hp versions compatible with Euro 5. You might start seeing it around in Q4 2023.

Husqvarna wants to assert leadership in the most trendy discipline in Europe, mid-displacement adventure touring. Accordingly, it has unveiled the Norden 901 2022, a traveller with a 899 cc engine with 105 hp at 8,000 rpm. It has an extraordinary capacity for both asphalt and off-road.

J.Juan has equipped it with a complete brake system from master cylinders to calipers as well as unexpandable-mesh hydraulic hoses. The feeling of precision in braking is highly regarded by the media in the sector.

The calipers are black anodized and feature a laser-engraved ‘Husky’ logo. The front ones are radially mounted and brake on two Ø 320 mm discs with 4 pistons each. At the back, a twin-piston floating caliper engages a Ø 260 mm disc.

J.Juan brakes the new Ford electric motorcycle.

The Barcelona company’s brake systems and hydraulic hoses are those fitted to the new vehicle of Ford Otosan, the largest producer of commercial vehicles in Europe. The bike is being produced in Eskişehi (Turkey)

The new urban mobility vehicle, called Rakun, which has a model with double rear wheel, has a range of more than 100 kilometres and a battery that fully recharges in 4.5 hours.

For the Rakun Pro2, a two-wheeled vehicle, J.Juan has manufactured a Ø25 mm double-piston front caliper, actuated by a Ø12 mm hand master cylinder, and a lightweight Ø30 mm single-piston floating rear brake, actuated by a in the left hand master cylinder of Ø14 mm. The front and rear brakes have the advantage of having J.Juan Hydraulic hoses and an excellent CBS.

The load model, Rakun Pro 3, has two rear wheels, which provides more load capacity and supports its good stability in the anti-tilting parking clamp activated by cable from the left hand on a 5mm disc.
