The Aragon Grand Prix has been really intense for the Avintia Racing Team. It has been the first contact with the Ducati, ridden by Hector Barberá, a big change from the previous motorcycle with a custom designed frame and Kawasaki engine. J.Juan keeps with his support to the team, making sure that the best performance for the braking system is assured.

The first problem for Barberá came with the Ducati on fire in the Friday free test, then on Saturday he fall down. With only one motorcycle in the box, Barberá has suffered a “flag to flag” race, where all the other riders had a second motorcycle, and he did not.

It hasn’t been a good race neither for di Meglio, the French rider has ended in 17th position, after the surgery he needed in his left hand.

The MotoGP Championship has a rest for a week now, in order to face a three-week tour with three consecutive races, the Grand Prix of Japan, Australia and Malaysia.
