Thomas Wuensche, Chairman of Chassis Brakes International, has visited J.Juan Group facilities in Gavà (Spain) last 29th of September, to plan the strategy for the two-year period 2016-2017 focused to implement and develop the motorcycle brakes manufacturing in India, thanks to the technology transfer agreement signed at the end of 2014 between the French multinational of the automotive sector (CBI) and the second brakes manufactures in Europe (J.Juan).

J.Juan will give up his technology to CBI, with its headquarter in Paris, to manufacture calipers and hydraulic master cylinders in Maharastra (India). J.Juan will be in charge of the engineering and the technical development of the components, while CBI will be in charge of the facilities (already existing in the Asian country) and of the industrial processes.

This agreement will let the two companies enter the two-wheels sector with components for motorcycles until 200cc. It is important to remember that India is the second motorcycle manufacturer with 13,8 million units per year (25% worldwide production), and J.Juan is the second brakes.
